AgendaSaint Peter’s Festivity

Figueres celebrates its traditional Saint Peter’s Festivity from 26 to 29 June, honouring the city’s patron saint with a programme featuring around thirty activities for all ages.

The programme combines traditional events such as a human towers exhibition, parades, folk culture gatherings, the election of the pubilla and hereu, the solemn mass and bell ringing, with free concerts in Plaça Catalunya, family activities and cultural events. One of this year’s highlights is a 75-metre giant water slide installed on the Pujada del Castell.

On Saint Peter’s Day, visitors will also be able to enjoy open days at the Salvador Dalí Birthplace (advance booking on the website from 23 June) and the Toy Museum of Catalonia (no prior booking required).
