Discover the secrets and corners of one of the oldest buildings in Figueres, the Church of Sant Pere, around which the medieval town was founded.

It was around the Church of Sant Pere that the town began to grow from the 11th century. At that time, the building was a small Romanesque church that expanded over the centuries. In the 14th century, the Gothic temple was built, and in 1578, the Neoclassical façade was added.

It has been the setting for significant historical events, such as a royal wedding and the bombings of the Spanish Civil War.
